Down in the dumps?

OK so you are down in the dumps, fed up, feeling sorry for yourself….call it what you want…BUT…this and the following blog articles are the kick in the pants, tough love, motivation, that you have been looking for, again, call it what you want but this is it!!
My job is to make people feel better, to feel fulfilled and to have success inside and out! (and I’m good at it) My passion is helping people to love who they are and to love their life. It is showing people just like you how to have a BIGGER, BOLDER, BRIGHTER future.
If loving yourself or your life seems unrealistic right now that’s OK…

you can simply start with liking yourself and your life just a little bit more than you do now. That’s achievable isn’t it… if you just start taking baby steps?

Baby steps aren’t just for babies…

they are for anyone who wants something different and who has the courage to start working out how to get it, even if they don’t know what “it” looks like right now. They are for people who want to stop feeling fed up and get UNSTUCK and start moving. Baby steps will get you thinking differently about your life and the possibilities that exist.

Maybe you don’t even think you deserve a BIGGER, BOLDER, BRIGHTER future…

Maybe you have shame and guilt attached to the past or you have a voice in your head telling you that you aren’t good enough…

Maybe you’ve tried to change in the past and things haven’t gone to plan…


None of that matters. All that matters is that today, RIGHT NOW, you make a commitment to yourself to at least try to improve your future and to keep trying until you succeed.

If you’re telling yourself that you’re “too old” or you “will do it when X happens” then it’s an excuse!! It’s not easy to improve your life, it’s a lot easier to be miserable and complain about things or to feel sorry for yourself BUT the past is gone, the future is a GIFT and it is something that YOU CAN INFLUENCE!!

If you said no then how about you suspend disbelief and read this series of blog articles anyway and keep an open mind. After all what have you got to lose?

In tomorrows blog I am going to ask you a tiny little question which will help you to start thinking differently. It might look like a fairly unimportant question but it’s just one of the baby steps.
